Never To Be Released inmates in NSW (New South Wales), Australia jails.

On May 25 2001, NSW former Premier Bob Carr announced special legislation to prevent the release of 10 of the state of NSW's convicted murderers. Carr stated that the men would be "cemented in their cells".

Kevin Crump & Allan Baker: Crump and Baker murdered Ian Lamb in 1973. Four days later they kidnapped Virginia Morse, raped, tortured then killed her. Both men were sentenced to life imprisonment in 1974.

John Travers: In 1986, Travers along with 4 accomplices (listed below), kidnapped Anita Cobby from a parking lot in Sydney, NSW. They then repeatedly gang raped and tortured Anita. As Anita lay unconsious, her throat was slashed. Travers was given a life sentence for the murder.

Michael Murphy: Murphy was an accomplice in the Anita Cobby murder. He was given a life sentence for the murder.

Leslie Murphy: Murphy was an accomplice in the Anita Cobby murder. He was given a life sentence for the murder.

Gary Murphy: Murphy was an accomplice in the Anita Cobby murder. He was given a life sentence for the murder.

Michael Murdoch: Murdoch was an accomplice in the Anita Cobby murder. He was given a life sentence for the murder.

Steven Jamison: In 1988, Jamison, with accomplices (listed below), kidnapped Janine Balding, repeatedly gang raped and tortured Janine, before drowning her. Jamison was given a life sentence for the murder.

Matthew Elliott: Elliott, an accomplice in the Janine Balding murder. He received a life sentence for the murder.

Bronson Blessington: Blessington, an accomplice in the Janine Balding murder. He recieved a life sentence for the murder.
